Consequently, we hold ourselves accountable for delivering products promptly and in accordance with the requirements specified by the Customer in the order. Should any commitments by the Expert regarding order delivery be breached, the Customer is entitled to partial or full reimbursement in line with our Refund Policy.
General
The website functions solely as a platform and does not partake in any contracts made between Experts and Customers or any other services or materials provided by Experts. The company bears no responsibility for monitoring transactions between Customers and Experts.
Please note that eligibility for refunds may vary depending on the country or region. In countries and regions with consumer protection laws, Customers retain their rights under these laws. To request a refund, please contact us.
Our Refund Policy grants you the right to request a refund if the delivered product does not meet the refund conditions outlined in your order. As our website offers services related to legitimate academic assistance, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction!
To ensure transparency, we specify certain situations where refunds may be granted:
- No Expert Assigned Yet: In rare cases where no Expert has been assigned, a 100% refund will be issued.
- Late Cancellation: If an Expert has been confirmed but the order is canceled late, the refund amount varies from 100% to 70% to cover the efforts of the Company and the Expert. If work has not commenced, and the paper has not been uploaded, the refund is calculated accordingly. If work has been completed, the case is reviewed by our Quality Assurance department, which determines the refund amount.
- Late Delivery: An appropriate refund will be issued to compensate for late delivery, with the exact amount discussed with the Customer. No refund can be granted if late delivery is due to the Customer’s failure to provide necessary information.
- Disputed Claims: If a Customer is unsatisfied and requests a refund, our Quality Assurance Department will conduct an investigation to approve or deny the claim.
- Accidental Duplicate Order: Orders placed mistakenly can be canceled for a full refund if requested promptly.
- Two Invoices Received: If billed twice for a single order, notify us immediately for a full refund of the extra charge.
- Content Originality: Refunds may be possible if a claim regarding the product’s originality is substantiated with evidence from a reputable service.
Customers are not entitled to a refund under certain circumstances:
- Using the product for personal purposes or as part of another order on the website.
- Receiving a lower grade than expected.
- Disappointment with editing and proofreading orders due to unclear requirements provided by the Customer.
- The refund period has elapsed.
Refund Processing
Upon confirmation, refunds are typically processed within 3 business days. The Company is not responsible for any bank transfer fees or anomalies.
Chargeback
In the event of a chargeback, access to your account may be suspended. Fees resulting from chargebacks or payment disputes are your responsibility.
Expired Account
Accounts inactive for more than 180 days will be considered expired and deleted, along with associated personal data processed by the Company.
Account Deletion
You may request account deletion at any time, but no refunds are provided for deactivation. Account deletion is permanent.

Experts are paid for each confirmed product using third-party payment services for secured transactions.
Other
Payments made through our website are for legitimate educational services only. Fraudulent or illegal activity will not be tolerated.
Authorship Following a Refund
Customers are prohibited from using products provided before cancellation. The Company retains full authorship, and products are marked as not original.
